Privacy Policy

Created Consulting is a personal brand consulting and coaching business. We operate joincreated.com and the application, scheduling and onboarding pages connected to it. In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" mean Created Consulting, and "you" means anyone who visits our website, submits an application, books a call or works with us.

We are the party responsible for the information described here. You can reach us at any time at rush@joincreated.com.

We collect three kinds of information.

Information you give us

When you fill in the application form on our site or the embedded Typeform application, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, the stage your personal brand is at and what you are able to invest. When you book a call we also receive the date and time you chose and anything you type into the booking form. If you email us or reply to a text, we keep that message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours receives technical information from your browser: IP address, device and browser type, the pages you open, the time of the visit and how you moved through the funnel. This arrives through cookies and similar browser storage.

Advertising and referral information

If you arrive from an ad, a link or another website, we store the attribution values carried in the URL or sent by your browser and save them alongside your application: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, utm_id, fbclid, gclid, ttclid, the referring page, and which offer you applied through (our done-for-you or done-with-you page). This is how we know which ad or post an application came from.

We do not ask you for, and the site does not collect, payment card numbers, government ID numbers or health information.

We use the information above to:

• Review your application and decide whether we are a fit;
• Contact you about your application by email, phone call and, where you have opted in, text message;
• Schedule, confirm and remind you about calls, and deliver the services you sign up for;
• Understand which ads, posts and pages bring in applications, and measure and improve our advertising;
• Operate, secure and improve the website;
• Send marketing messages about our programs, where you have opted in or where permitted by law;
• Keep records and comply with our legal obligations.

If you give us your mobile number and check the relevant consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Created Consulting at that number. We keep two separate consents, and each one is its own checkbox:

• Transactional messages — replies about your application, call confirmations, reminders and program updates.
• Promotional messages — offers, invitations and announcements. Consenting to promotional messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.

Consent boxes are unchecked by default and require you to check them yourself. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and HELP for help, or email rush@joincreated.com. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging providers, is permitted only to carry out the services you have requested. All other categories of use exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the situations below.

Service providers. Companies that run part of our website or our operations, and that may only use the information to perform that service for us:

Typeform

Hosts the application form embedded on our pages and receives the answers you type into it.

Calendly

Runs the embedded scheduler and receives the name, email and booking details you enter when you pick a time.

GoHighLevel

Our CRM. Applications, contact details, attribution values and our email and SMS conversations with you are stored there.

Google

A Google spreadsheet holds a copy of incoming applications so our team can work through them.

Meta

Receives website and conversion events through the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, as described in the next section.

Discord

Used for internal notifications: when an application arrives, our team is alerted in a private internal channel.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.

Business transfers. If Created Consulting is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction. It stays subject to this policy unless you are told otherwise.

As stated in the SMS section, text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing other than with the messaging provider needed to deliver the messages you asked for.

Our site loads the Meta Pixel, which records page views and key actions such as starting an application, completing one and booking a call. The same events may also be sent to Meta from our server through the Conversions API; each event carries an event ID so Meta can recognise the browser copy and the server copy as one event instead of two.

To match an event to a Meta account, contact details such as your email address or phone number may be hashed (turned into an irreversible string) before being sent. We use this to measure our ads and to reach people similar to our clients. We do not send Meta the content of your conversations with us.

Typeform and Calendly also set cookies of their own when their embeds load, and our site stores your attribution values in your browser so they survive the steps of the funnel.

Your choices. You can limit how Meta uses your data for ads in your Meta account settings, under Ad Preferences and Off-Facebook Activity. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a tracking-protection option. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the application or scheduling steps from working.

We keep applications and contact records for as long as we are in contact with you or working with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our business records, to answer questions about past work and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. SMS consent records are kept for as long as the number is on our list and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can show when and how consent was given and withdrawn. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or aggregate it so it no longer identifies you.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date;
• Delete your information, subject to records we must keep;
• Stop sending you marketing.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link at the bottom of any of them, and stop texts by replying STOP. For anything else, email rush@joincreated.com from the address you gave us, or tell us which address you used, so we can find your record. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

California. Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to request deletion or correction of it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes it permits. You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf.

Europe and the UK. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the GDPR and UK GDPR give you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. We process your information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform that contract, on the basis of your consent where you gave it (marketing messages and advertising cookies), and on our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls on the systems that store applications and encrypted connections to our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been exposed, email us at rush@joincreated.com.

Our website and services are for adults and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from people under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us their information, email us at rush@joincreated.com and we will delete it.

We operate from the United States, and the providers listed above store and process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. If you use our website from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your own country.

We may update this policy as our business, our tools or the law change. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept the updated policy. If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to tell the people it affects.
