Terms & Conditions
Effective date: September 20, 2026 · Last updated: September 20, 2026
These Terms cover the joincreated.com website, the application and booking process, and the consulting and coaching services Created Consulting provides. Read them before you apply. If you become a client, the agreement you sign with us controls the commercial terms of that engagement.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of joincreated.com and of the services offered by Created Consulting ("we," "us," "our"). By using the website, submitting an application, booking a call or buying a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.
These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
2. What we offer
Created Consulting provides personal brand consulting and coaching for founders, creators and service businesses: positioning, content strategy, offer design and the systems that turn an audience into clients. We work in two formats:
- Done-for-you (DFY) — our team executes the agreed scope of work on your behalf.
- Done-with-you (DWY) — coaching, frameworks and feedback while you and your team execute.
Our services are consulting and educational in nature. The exact scope, deliverables and duration of any engagement are set out in the agreement you sign with us, not on this page.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our website or our services. If you apply on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
4. Applications and calls
Submitting an application or booking a call does not create a contract, does not reserve a place in any program and does not guarantee that we will work with you. We review applications and accept a limited number of clients, and we may decline any application or cancel any call, for any lawful reason, without giving a reason.
You agree that the information you give us in an application is true and complete. Call times are limited; if you cannot make a booked call, let us know in advance so the slot can go to someone else.
5. Fees and payment
Prices, payment schedules, refund terms and cancellation terms are set out in the written client agreement you sign before any engagement begins, and nothing is owed until you sign one. That agreement is the binding document for the commercial relationship. If anything in it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls. No price quoted on a call, in a message or on this website is binding until it appears in that agreement.
6. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, audience size or business outcome.
Any figures, case studies, testimonials or examples of client results shown on our website, in our ads or on a call are examples of what specific people achieved. They are not typical, not average and not a promise of what you will achieve. Results depend on factors we do not control: your effort and consistency, your existing audience and offer, your market, your pricing, your execution and general economic conditions.
Building a business involves risk, including the risk of losing money. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and results, and you should not enrol based on an expectation of a particular financial outcome.
7. Not professional advice
Our content and coaching are for business education and general guidance only. Nothing we publish or say is legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment, medical or mental health advice, and no relationship of attorney, accountant or licensed advisor is created by using our website or services. For advice about your particular situation, consult a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction.
8. Your responsibilities as a client
If we work together, you agree to:
- Provide, on time, the access, assets, information and approvals the work needs;
- Attend or reschedule scheduled sessions, and respond to messages within a reasonable time;
- Make your own decisions about what you publish, sell and promise to your own customers, and comply with the laws, platform rules and advertising standards that apply to you;
- Hold and keep any licences, registrations or permissions your own business requires.
Work that stalls because material, access or feedback did not arrive is not a failure to deliver on our part, and does not extend the term of the engagement unless we agree otherwise in writing.
9. Intellectual property
The website, our programs and everything in them — text, video, recordings, frameworks, templates, scripts, spreadsheets, trademarks and the structure of our methods — belong to Created Consulting or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.
When you buy a program, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use those materials for your own business for as long as your access lasts. You may not:
- Resell, license, share, publish or redistribute the materials, in whole or in part;
- Share your login or your access with anyone outside your own team;
- Record, transcribe or republish calls and sessions without our written permission;
- Use the materials to build or market a competing program, or to train, fine-tune or ground any artificial intelligence model or dataset.
Work we create specifically for you under a done-for-you engagement is yours once you have paid for it in full, except for our pre-existing frameworks, templates and tools, which stay ours and remain licensed to you as described above. We may show that work and your results as a case study unless you ask us in writing not to.
10. Confidentiality
Each of us may learn non-public information about the other: your numbers, strategy, customer lists and plans; our frameworks, pricing and materials. Both of us agree to keep that information confidential, to use it only for the engagement, and not to disclose it to anyone else except to team members and advisors who need it and are bound to keep it confidential, or where disclosure is required by law. This does not cover information that is already public, that either of us already knew or that either of us develops independently. In group settings, what other clients share stays in the room.
11. Consent to communication
By giving us your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your application, your bookings and your engagement by email, phone and text message. Where you check the relevant consent box, we may also send you promotional messages; that consent is optional and is never a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle all of this is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Third-party services
Our website and our delivery rely on tools run by other companies, such as the form and scheduling embeds on our pages and the platforms where sessions and materials are hosted. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we do not control their availability, pricing or decisions. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website or our services for any unlawful purpose;
- Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or apply on behalf of someone without their authority;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, scrape or overload the website or the systems behind it;
- Harass, abuse or threaten our team or other clients, in sessions, communities or messages;
- Copy, resell or redistribute our materials, as described under Intellectual property.
We may suspend or remove access for anyone who breaks these rules.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Created Consulting and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunity or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to the website or our services, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or our services will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Created Consulting and its owners, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the website or our services, from your breach of these Terms, from content or claims you publish about your own business, or from your violation of any law or of anyone else's rights.
16. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the website, to a community or to a program if you break these Terms, if you break the signed client agreement, or if your conduct harms our team or other clients. The financial consequences of ending an engagement — what is owed, what is refundable and what is not — are governed by that signed agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law, survive it.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Created Consulting is organised, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If a dispute arises, both of us agree to first try to resolve it informally: contact us at rush@joincreated.com with a description of the issue and what you are asking for, and we will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days before either of us starts formal proceedings. Any claim that is not resolved will be brought in the courts with jurisdiction over that state, and both of us consent to their jurisdiction. Each of us may still seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as our services and the law change. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website or our services after an update means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not alter a signed client agreement already in force.
